Finally Friday - June 14 - Law 02- Taking you to Court

With the nice weather, we're going to see more kids playing outside and with that we'll see more basketball too. A basketball court generally isn't a stand-alone thing; it's surrounded by bleachers, etc. and is just the center of attention. I want you to create a layout within a layout - basically create an 8x8, 9x9 or 10x10 (no bigger) that is surrounded by a BIG border.
