In Honour of My Special Friend

I was approached by Tracey Gordon, one of the organizers of Crop for the Cure to ask if Scrap~tures would be interested in sponsoring their event. Crop for the Cure is an annual event to help raise funds for the CIBC Run For The Cure, which ultimately benefits the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation. Of course I said yes, how can Scrap~tures not be a part of this?

I found out about my friend's diagnosis with breast cancer a few weeks ago and even though she knows I am there for her for anything she needs, I am still feeling like I am not doing enough, so getting involved with this event makes me feel like I am helping more.

Scrap~tures will be providing a supply kit for a make and take for it's 50 participants as well as donating a door prize.
