Wild Card Wednesday

After punching out all those squares from the first two Wild Card Wednesday cards I had strips of design paper left over that I couldn't bear to recycle 
So I decided to make them into banners for this week's card.
My challenge for you this week (whether you have this month's card kit or not) is to make a card and use up some scraps that you've been saving for a rainy day
