Don't you just love circles. I do, stars too but they are not as easy to use. I grabbed a few circle stamps and 4 different colours of Distress inks. I just randomly added them in all the colours to the background paper. I was not sure of what picture I wanted to use but I found this one in a stack. After I placed it I added a LOVE journal card, some stickers, wood camera shapes and some pearls and bling. The flag banner is a Heidi Swapp colour pop banner is from a past kit that I happened to pull out that past week end. Just added some ink splatters ad I was done. Took my inspiration from hereLove it!!!!
