This layout was easy and hard. LOL I like the layout and the flow of it but the title was a killer.
First trying to come up with one (thanks Jeff) and then how to actually do the title.
I ended up using Dylusions letter stamps for the large ones and then wrote the rest by hand.
The picture is Dakota enjoying the top off the Jeep for one of the first times. With her hair blowing we teased her that it was like a dogs ears with his head out the window..hence the tongue hanging out like a dog.
I added some gems to denote the flow of wind.

Not only is that a fun photo, but your layout is wonderful! I love the trail of diamonds in her hair, and I love all those banners too! Great job!
